Circular Saw Tip Brazer BC 500A simply set and operated machine for TCT circular saws from 4 to 28 in. (100-720 mm) diameter and with hook angles between 10 and 30 degrees. Ideal for brazing new tips in position and for prior removal of damaged or worn tips. Electrical connection requires neither clamps nor trailing cables and control is via a foot switch and variable-heat switch. Electrical details: For 220V single phase, 50 Hz.

Uneven bar rails cause severe wear and tear on the saw chain drive links and side plates - almost immediately - making a smooth straight cut impossible. A new chain will not solve the problem, only delay it. The new chain will soon be as useless as the old chain that was just replaced. Our bar rail grinder provides a fast, easy way to keep those bar rails true. It's Iight in weight, yet does a heavyweight job. Bar rails can be trued in as little as one minute. It's so compact it can be mounted to any table or workbench, even in a bench vice, and you can remove it when it's not in use - yet it has a heavy-duty, fan-cooled motor with plenty of horsepower and enough grinding speed to do the job right. The bar rail grinder comes complete with 14" industrial size table and 3-1/2" grinding wheel. More than enough to do the job right.

A must for the complete reconditioning job! Even with square bar rails - unless the saw chain fits properly into the bar groove - the chain will move sideways in the cut, quickly destroying the true bar rails just created and adding more wear and tear not only to the bar rails, but also to the saw chain and sprockets. You can complete your reconditioning job using the bar rail closer after squaring the bar on the bar rail grinder. The bar rail closer easily and quickly closes the bar groove to the proper thickness to match the drive links on the saw chain. Heavy duty bearings insure long wear. Built-in quality insures accurate fail safe operation. Fully adjustable, it will keep bar grooves uniform on any size bar.

Bar Rail SpacerThree spacers to verify the proper bar groove width on the standard size grooves .050", .058", .063'. Simple to use, you can verify your bar closing to the correct width by just inserting the spacer into the bar groove to check for a tight fit. These spacers are heat treated to insure Iong life without wear and to insure proper fit for many years. This tool is a must. Combined with the bar rail grinder and closer, it gives you a complete, affordable, yet portable bar repair shop.

Description
This grinder incorporates a simple and very effective automatic down feed of the grinding head to the knife. The rate is adjustable and a feed limit is incorporated. There is a clearly graduated scale. Compared with grinders having only automatic traverse this benefit is considerable and cannot be over emphasised as the labour caosts are dramatically reduced. After loading the knife and setting the machine on, the operator is quite free for other work. The quality of grind produced is good and the machine is competitively priced.
